Hello May, my gorgeous overflowing garden of flowers, and you, my dancing friends….
It really has been weeks since I’ve written to you, and I am MISSING you! Ready to pour myself back into my writing, my blog posts and my book ideas, and YOU….
It has been an amazingly fabulous and intense several weeks of dance for me and for many of my students who have been on that danceroad too — here in Portland for three of my GCTB Certification Intensives (CS4 and TT4 along with Tribal Grooves Teacher Training!),
at our delightful annual women’s Dance and Desire Retreat, at Breitenbush Hot Springs, in the glorious mountains with hot springs, with my fabulous co-teachers Elena Lipson and Lynea Gillen!
and then on to the Elevation Festival in Golden Colorado with Gypsy C dancer, Karen Hunt- 3 workshops and a great performance, with pics and videos to come.

I have loved every minute of it!
And I’m just now coming off that high, with some down time, and taking care of my body, doing a delicious body cleanse, and re-organizing my work load and project ideas! Plus now I am giving myself a treat — a week long retreat in the high desert to do some writing and rejuvenating! Remember how important daily practices are for you — self-care and self-introspection — to keep juiced up, motivated, healthy and moving, on your path, and feeling freakin’ great in your dance and business, and in your skin and in your life. Daily magic, daily living!
