Are you ready to step it up and add some feisty new combos and variations on our Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance ™ format?

These new combos are fast and fun, preferred for more advanced dancers who know the language. All of you can jump in and follow along as Cinzia demonstrates the moves, then breaks them down for you (in her lovely Italian accent!) and then drills them into you! Both right and left sides…. four complex combos…

1. the Milkshake

2. Spanish Box

3. Shoulder Hip Twist

4. The Shower

Get those moves in your body and your muscle memory! And then join them up with your other Tribal moves to add them into your growing Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance ™ repertoire!

I suggest you  get warmed up on your own before you start and then dance with Cinzia for 20 minutes, repeat often and smooth out your transitions while you add some zest and speed to your dance!
