Dance with your Divine and Journal with your Spirit!

Dance with your body, mind, and spirit this Fall, as we move and write to release the spirit, reawaken the dreams, heal the body, and bring it down for the fall time of growing darkness and quiet.

With tribal trance, African dance and tribal bellydance, journaling, and moving meditation…it’s a time to be still, be grounded, move, shake your booty, laugh, dream, write, walk, sweat, smile, cry, dream some more, share, shine, and celebrate our selves, our bodies, and each other.
Join our small and intimate circle of dancers and writers to enjoy the group dynamic, as we dance the talk together, alone and with each other, and make it happen…

3 Mondays, October 8th, November 5th, December 3rd, 6:45-8:15pm
1 1/2 hours each class, $16.00 each class or all three for $44.00 with early sign. Space is limited for a small group!
