the stuff our dreams are made of!
The stuff that builds you up, confirms what you are truly wanting.
Desire, passion, soul purpose, celebration of self and life.
To feel real, whole, in alignment with self, and with the universe.
This work, this play, to reach in and listen, to feel…
How do you want to feel?
To walk through each day?
When you do your work?
your play?
your love?
Your reason?
In your body?
Do you feel good?
Are you taking great soulful care of your being, your body, your heart?
Are you moving it?
I mean really moving it?
stretching it past its comfort zone, to really feel it…
alive…
passionate…
joyful…
oh, the way it moves and curves and glistens and creaks
with your own creative feminine essence…
do you feel what you want in you body?
the desires that run through the pores and vessels and organs and muscle and fat and blood…
don’t you want to feel it?
truly
alive
with your desires?
do you know what they are, those desires?
with profound trust
to see them, now and in the future
to live fully
to have the motivation, the magic
we do make magic with our bodies
we do
and it feels so divine
