Hello hello hello from a lightly snowy blustery Portland!
OK, really, it is time for that winter coat… can’t put it off any more…it is cold outside here. The first snow of the year, and so lovely…Do you like snow?
Many things are around the corner… of course, after Thanksgiving comes…. the solstice holiday season…We’ve got gift certificates for you now on our new shopping pages… and those downloadable Tribal Technique DVDs. but ALSO our new Tribal Online Classes #3 and #4... so excited… you know, we just want to keep you dancing through the holidays! Because we need to move, yep, we have to dance to celebrate all that we are!
And then, what happens after the holidays? Here in the states of course, it is dark and cold, and the holiday blahs can set it, so…. we need to dance some more! and Tribal Bliss- our Dance and Vision course is starting up just in time for that deep introspection, moving meditations, body workouts, and yes, we still celebrate our bodies, minds, souls, and keep that blissful feeling!

What is rocking it for the weekend?
**Gypsy Caravan is performing in Portland Sunday night for a lovely magazine, From the Hip, with UNMATA, Sedona Soulfire, Gypsy Caravan, Ruby, Dahlia Moon, Katy Swenson and Grace Constantine. Live music by Hurqalya and MC Karissa Lowe.
