Congrats to Walky Ardaat from Ghytias Tribe, and Maleni, for completing the Gypsy Caravan Certification Intensives– Collective Soul Level Two and to Walky Ardaat for rocking the Teacher Training Level One. Plus Dafne, Alexa, and Mariel for rocking the CS1…
My Gypsy C dancing sister Nina, and I enjoyed the whole affair, and had a great show too!
After three intensives and two weekends of workshops, plus a bit of sightseeing (Love San Miguel De Allende) and tequila shots while singing and dancing with mariachi bands, the gorgeous Aztec dancers, the ruins in the middle of downtown Mexico City, and now I am now home!
Always so good to be on home turf, dancing with my home girls, digging the beautiful bursts of spring in my jungle yard, playing guitar with my man, and loving up my corgi-dogs…the body definitely takes the wear and tear of traveling and it is time for some down time… (only until next weekend for our Annual Tribal retreat!)
Let me just say…I am so happy and grateful to have you here, reading my blogs, joining in the journey, enjoying our lives together and separately. Thank you for appreciating my work- dance and words- along with the desire to live a healthier, a richer in so many ways, a friendlier (to the earth, the animals, and each other), and fabulous life. xoxoxo
Walky has a great studio in Mexico City and is incredibly supportive of all the local and distant dancers that come through. Tribal, the Gypsy Caravan style, is growing quickly with lots of excitement, especially after we ripped through the workshops and master classes!
I have a few new projects happening now…
The Caravan Project Italia, led by Cinzia Di Cioccio in Milan,
and now the Caravan Project Mexicio, let by Walky! Nina in Australia is pulling in the teams for the Australian contingent, and I am honored and thrilled… more info on that project to come…
