Friday… I’m Loving Food, Gratitude, and Words…and a little flower obsession!
OMG, it has been such an amazing spring. The warmth and the sun just light me up inside and out. Walking in my garden makes me a bit crazy with delight…the roses are exquisite and I love my little paradise. (photos below!)
I have just finished up Gypsy Caravan Collective Soul Level One with dancers from the states and Japan, and we are into day two of GC Teacher Training Level One, wowee, we’ve got three more intensives after this, right here in gorgeous Portland.
The dancer’s commitment to themselves, this dance, and with that, to me, is cause for huge amounts of gratitude pouring from my heart and soul. I am always so honored when someone wants to carry on the legacy of Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance (™) and fulfill their dreams—becoming the dancer and the entrepreneur of building their business and lifestyle through and with the dance. And the words they write and say are full of such truth and beauty that my heart overflows…
so congrats to Veronica De La Torre-Bartleson (Florida), Midori Takeda (Japan), Ana Maria (California), Kate Christensen (Oregon) and Jamie Alascia (Arizona) for completion of CS1, and here is to more dance! Yay…
and thank YOU for being here too… it takes all of us to make the world a great place…
