hey my friends…what a glorious birthday weekend, friends, some time for myself, a pedicure, a date with my man, a Corgi walk (OMG hundreds of cute corgi butts!), guitar strumming, mini adventures, some good work and even house projects (getting ready for another yard sale next weekend),

and a NEW cat! Princessa is in my life now… a rescue, ten years old, and a beauty with sparkly blue eyes…my corgi dogs are sooo curious…

but what I really want to let you know is about all the fantastic courses coming up for you this fall, thinking you might be starting to plan your fall calendar, I am for sure. I have three courses coming up that you may be waiting for!

and just to let you know, this may be the last time these three, Tribal Bliss #1 and #2, and the Tribal Quest Experience are offered for awhile…BUUUTTTT….When you sign up, you do get them for life! And can do them as often as you like, in bits and pieces, as fast or slow as you like, and you are joined up with a private internet group to chat with and share your journey, and hear about each other’s… priceless…

Tribal Bliss – Dance and Vision: A Movement Journey

A 4-week online course with Paulette Rees-Denis and Lynea Gillen…

This is a course for you:

**if you want to try something different for your dance

** if you want to move your body with more freedom,

** if you want to take some personal time to write, sparkle, stretch, shake it out, dig in, breathe, and find your bliss…

I was especially moved by the third week and came to realize how little time I make to soothe myself, and how little it really takes to offer myself some ease. A.N.

This is your time for yourself, for self-love, self-care, and to feel beautiful and blissful in your body!

By combining their backgrounds of Tribal Bellydance, African Dance, writing, yoga, healing, therapy, trance and meditation, Paulette and Lynea bring you this course and the opportunity in your private space to play with and enjoy over the four week session.

They have taught these ideas separately and together over the past 25 years, and they just love teaching together. There has been a need for this type of combined movement and journaling classes with the desire to get out of the head and into the body, to add meditation, experimentation, and really allow yourself to move, enjoy and release—tension, aches, thoughts, emotions, whatever you need to let go of– and follow up by inviting in desires and dreams, and how about just to purely enjoy your body and the way you feel like moving.

Just finished the final week of our journey. Throughout the month, I often felt that this was sacred work – carving out time to communicate with universe through both my brain and my body to discover some deep desires and deep power.  A.N.

Combining their creative and playful teaching styles, they open students’ hips and hearts with traditional yoga poses and dancing warmups, then, with the support of infectious dance music, take them on a joyful exploration. As one of their student’s states, “This class is the most fun I have had since dancing in the living room as a teenager!”

What you get with this course is a downloadable set of worksheets in PDF formats, weekly writing exercises and body prompts, some short video clips of dance and yoga warmups to work with at home, podcasts of meditations and visualizations, and directions on the theme of each week. All on your own time…Sounds like fun, doesn’t it?

What you need to have is your journal and your favorite writing utensils- pens, colored pencils, crayons, etc; your computer, a timer/alarm clock, preferably a private space to dance, stretch, and move, a quiet space to meditate, and some time to dedicate to your practice. This time could be 15- 45 minutes a day, or a few times a week–your choice, however it fits in for you.

For these four weeks we will dance with the words:

• Bliss

• Empower

• Sooth

• Wish
